In this phase, we start with a workshop to identify the project goals: the metrics to design towards, written and visual language, market positioning, plan & next steps. Our team then conducts further research, we immerse ourselves in learning, and then we develop the design story that will help achieve the project goals.

Design Consultation
Not ready for a full project? Start with a focused engagement.
Bring a space, a problem, or a brand direction. Working directly with Founder Morgan Ræ, drawing on 30+ years of hospitality design experience including major brand work with Kerzner’s Royal Atlantis, One&Only, and Royal Caribbean, you’ll get a concrete path forward: material strategy, Seaweed Suite™ licensing fit, brand positioning, or focused work on a specific room or concept.
€250–350/hr · €5,000 minimum engagement (roughly 14–20 hours) · delivered across working sessions plus a written follow-up brief
